Yes I emailed the Boots locum team today as well,and they got back to me saying they weren’t aware of this. However, it was Boots residents (in Kent and the South of England) that told me about this. According to them, it is the new booking system they have (Horizon), which has being rolled out this month.
Anyways, I will save the email they sent me,so if or when I encounter these changes I can bring this back up.
