Reply To: Sight test fees

John Avery

Firstly, the free sight test offer has nothing to do with admin so lumping the filling in of forms to any marketing initiatives shows a spectacular lack of understanding, and then to relate that to your own fees compounds the vacuous argument. Frankly if that needs explaining then it is unlikely to be understood. I test in Specsavers occasionally and do so for a good fee, 20 minutes alternating with 25 minutes testing, good staff, good equipment, clean lab and toilets, great customer service, and very prompt payment of invoices. There are some Specsavers that are worse than others, as indeed, is the case in other multiples. So what?
