If you want paying then probably best not to call them twits! As far as I know invoice processing is down to the directors of each individual store, probably best to ask them why you haven’t been paid. I worked at many Specsavers in my time in the UK, some would always pay within a week, others used to hold the invoices till the end of the month and pay then.
