Usually the amount saved will outweigh the increase in accountant fee’s from going to ltd, it all depends on what you’re earning, if it’s below £20k then it probably isn’t worth the bother, anything above that then you could be looking at an extra £1k+ every year(that’s after paying your accountant, which will be around £600). There isn’t a major amount of added extra work, you still have to keep mileage and expenditure records etc, most of the extra work will be down too your accountant. If your accountant advised it and you trust him(which you probably do after many years of locuming?) then I say go for it.
